Responsibilities

Support administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 applications and services

Assist with Intune device management, including enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment

Gain exposure to Entra ID for identity and access management tasks

Provide client services support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and responding to user requests

Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles

Collaborate with IT team members on projects and service improvements

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Must have completed sophomore year before the start date of internship

Must be available and willing to commit at least 3 months initially for an internship

Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies and Windows environments

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time

Strong oral and written communications skills

Read, write, speak and understand English
