Senior Manager, Order Processing

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the order processing team to achieve departmental goals for accuracy, timeliness, and service quality
Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement goals
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development
Proven analytical leader requires minimal direction with the ability to work within a diverse team and boundary partners
Oversee order management, including order entry, validation, purchase orders, pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and customer requirements
Manage order prioritization. Evaluate existing processes and implement automation or system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability
Deadline Driven, ensuring orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards and Presidio SLA's
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality Control, Change Order Management, Credit, and Billing teams to ensure smooth information flow and issue resolution
Act as a key liaison for escalations and special-order handling
Continuous improvement mindset and Cross-functional collaboration
Provide data-driven insights to leadership on trends, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
8-10+ years of progressive experience in order management operations, including 3–5 years leading teams and driving process improvements
Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, D365, Certinia, or similar systems
Proven ability to lead teams through process improvement and change management initiatives
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
This position may require minimal travel
