This role combines recruiting, associate management, client relationship management, and inside sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and returning associates

Interview, screen, and assess candidates to ensure strong client matches

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified talent

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build strong relationships and understand ongoing staffing needs

Provide staffing solutions that support client goals and retention

Make outbound calls and follow-ups to generate job orders and grow existing accounts

Re-engage past or inactive clients and identify new opportunities

Promote Express staffing solutions, including contract, evaluation hire, and direct hire services

Document all recruiting, working associate, client, and sales activity in our applicant/account management system

Track progress and contribute to team goals and reporting

Required

3+ years of experience in project management, customer service, leadership, account management, or sales

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams

Preferred

Associate's degree
