Customer Service Manager
Million Air is committed to exceptional customer service and is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead their team. The role involves creating and managing a customer service team to enhance service quality and build customer relationships while contributing to company sales.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
Supervise the customer service team prioritizing, assigning and monitor work, provide training as required
Oversee invoicing for services for accuracy and completeness
Review customer service team payroll, manage overtime, and submit to payroll for processing
Responsible for hiring process to create a well-rounded team with customer and safety focus
Act on any reports of service failures or customer concerns until resolved to customers satisfaction
Maintain vendor list for hotels, ground transportation, etc. negotiated preferred rates for customers and pilots
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
Ability to work evenings weekends, and holidays
Acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
Preferred
College degree preferred. High School Diploma accepted
Aviation/Hospitality customer service experience preferred
Bi-lingual preferred
