The consultant will support and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, focusing on CyberArk PAM administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Responsibilities
Implement and support new CyberArk and cybersecurity technology deployments
Assist with upgrades and maintenance of existing infrastructure to support application and security growth
Design and propose IAM architecture and deployment strategies
Configure, deploy, patch, and maintain CyberArk and related systems
Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders during deployments
Create technical documentation and operational procedures
Train internal teams on system usage and best practices
Provide off-hours, on-call support as required
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience as a CyberArk PAM Administrator
Strong ability to troubleshoot, support, and maintain CyberArk PAM components
Solid experience with Active Directory administration
Experience supporting IAM infrastructure in enterprise environments
Scripting or programming experience (PowerShell strongly preferred)
Experience with IAM solution deployments and upgrades
Strong documentation and procedural writing skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels
Preferred
Ability to lift and transport server equipment when required
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours for emergencies or scheduled maintenance
Ability to travel to various company locations as needed
Valid driver's license required
Must pass NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check
Role requires in-person onsite presence (post-COVID hybrid is not available)
