Mid LevelThe Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Social Impact Manager - Human Resources who will oversee all company social impact initiatives related to community outreach and environmental impact. This role involves representing the company at community service events and managing various outreach efforts, including donations and volunteer programs.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement social impact initiatives to support community outreach and environmental sustainability goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social impact efforts with company values and objectives
Serve as a key contact for community partners, non-profit organizations, and government agencies
Organize and participate in community service events and campaigns to promote positive social impact
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives
Stay up-to-date on social responsibility trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related field
Proven experience in project management with a focus on social impact initiatives
Strong understanding of community outreach strategies and environmental impact assessments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company in various community events
