Senior Business Development Manager
AllView Real Estate is a fast-growing, full-service real estate company operating across Southern California. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the property management portfolio through precision outreach and disciplined execution, taking ownership of the pipeline and ensuring effective follow-through on opportunities.

Responsibilities
Execute daily high-value outreach to property owners and strategic partners
Respond to inbound opportunities with speed, clarity, and professionalism
Lead in-person and virtual consultations that educate and build trust
Qualifying prospects to ensure alignment with AllView’s portfolio strategy
Maintain a zero-backlog CRM with complete documentation
Build long-term referral relationships rooted in collaboration and service
Continuously improve close rates, response times, and client experience
Represent AllView with integrity, excellence, and compassion in every interaction
Work with the Sales and Marketing Team to continuously develop and improve service offerings and marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Full personal ownership of pipeline
Ability to execute daily high-value outreach to property owners and strategic partners
Speed and professionalism in responding to inbound opportunities
Experience leading in-person and virtual consultations
Ability to qualify prospects to ensure alignment with AllView's portfolio strategy
Maintain a zero-backlog CRM with complete documentation
Build long-term referral relationships rooted in collaboration and service
Continuously improve close rates, response times, and client experience
Represent AllView with integrity, excellence, and compassion in every interaction
Work with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop and improve service offerings and marketing initiatives
Mastery of AllView's CRM and intake systems with 100% adoption within the first 90 days
Improved conversion rate and inbound lead response time within the first 90 days
Predictable weekly pipeline of high-fit opportunities with improving conversions within the first 90 days
Complete ownership of follow-up with little supervision within the first 90 days
Ownership of at least one repeatable referral or partnership channel producing consistent new management doors within the first 6 months
Relentless accountability and motivation to exceed targets
Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to innovate and improve efficiency
Resilience under responsibility and pressure in a fast-paced environment
Operate with integrity and a service-first mentality
