FRE PMO Organizational Effectiveness
Cypress HCM is seeking a FRE PMO Organizational Effectiveness professional for a contract role based in San Jose, CA. The role involves contributing to the development of business process workflows, managing complex projects, and supporting the implementation of project management tools to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of team business process workflows and documentation to improve inter-operational efficiency, decision-making, project delivery and reporting
Provide input and assist in the review and approval of process and system enhancements
Act as a project manager for complex team projects
Create and conduct regular project reviews, prioritization exercises, and process audits
Support the implementation of project management tools or systems, such as Workfront, including planning, training, and adoption efforts
Own and maintain Workfront hygiene with other teams across Field Readiness and Enablement
Collaborate with the senior PMO and other team members on various project management and process improvement initiatives
Support the onboarding process for new team members, including coordinating training, providing necessary resources, and ensuring a smooth transition
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis and change management
Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently
Experience in enterprise organizations with matrixed teams
Adept at problem-solving and can use influencing, relationship, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills to find and resolve roadblocks
Be decisive, organized, detailed, a planner, and effective at managing time across multiple tasks
Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation, and relationship skills
Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction
Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization
Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and a contagious passion to meet the changing needs of the business
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
