Responsibilities

Reconcile incoming returns GL for assigned banks daily. Work with divisions to correctly process items on accounts with special instructions

Reconcile outgoing returns GL for assigned banks daily. Review and identify the entries on GL report. Receive documentation from the Federal Reserve or Endpoint Exchange on adjustments. Create and monitor adjustments to ensure they clear properly. Update spreadsheet of carrying items daily and reconcile to GL balance

Partner with accounting staff to process entries as needed

Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Keying and balancing all incoming branch capture and in clearing work

Process incoming Fed returns, charge backs and outgoing returns, related reports and customer notices for assigned banks
