Performing diagnostic analysis, repair, and preventative maintenance on Endoscope Reprocessors and related equipment
Testing machines after performing repairs
Communicating with team members through email, phone, and dispatch software
Managing trunk stock / inventory
Representing MedService Repair with the highest ethical values
Refurbishing Endoscope Reprocessors from the part level
Others duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Prior experience providing service and preventative maintenance on equipment
Experience in engineering-based roles (electrical or mechanical)
Technical: Electrical engineering skills, knowledge of mechatronics
Computer: Proficient in word, excel and email
Full clean driving license
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Interest in showing initiative to find new opportunities to create value
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to work in teams
Ability to physically move equipment and working in tight spaces
Physically fit to drive and work on equipment
Willing to travel when needed
Preferred
Background working in hospitals and healthcare settings
