Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle project management for complex software and services implementations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including subcontractors and client personnel, across multiple locations
Maintain detailed project management plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and performance metrics
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and changes in scope or schedule
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and delivery of value
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs, drive solution alignment, and support long-term account growth
Lead business reviews, track key performance indicators, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Identify new opportunities for organic client account growth
Oversee the development of proposals, pricing models, and quotes in response to client requirements
Support contract negotiations in collaboration with internal legal and commercial teams
Ensure contractual obligations are clearly translated into project plans and delivery expectations
Support marketing and sales activities at conferences
Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews, feedback loops, and process optimization
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and internal quality practices
Contribute to the evolution of PMO best practices, tools, and templates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT or aerospace-related projects
Proven expertise in quoting, SOW creation, and contract oversight
Strong grasp of project financials, budget tracking, and cost control
Experience in account management or customer success roles, ideally in a technical consulting environment
Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., YouTrack, JIRA, Teams/SharePoint)
Preferred
MBA or PMP certification
Familiarity with aerospace ERP systems, configuration management, or MRO solutions
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
