Responsibilities

Lead technical GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) substation projects from concept to installation

Translate customer requirements into innovative engineering solutions

Create substation layouts and technical documentation

Conduct and lead technical meetings with customers and internal teams

Coordinate material orders, fabrication, and installation plans

Drive design optimization and cost-saving initiatives

Collaborate with a global engineering team based in Switzerland

Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards

Qualification

Substation DesignHigh-Voltage Equipment2D/3D CAD ToolsProject ManagementMicrosoft OfficeCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

5+ years of experience in substation, high-voltage equipment, or heavy industry engineering preferred

Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)

Strong project management and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering documentation

Ability to travel occasionally for customer and site meetings
