Demand Generation Senior Manager
Huntr Talent Group is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company delivering mission-critical, cloud-based software to regulated customers. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own and scale pipeline-driving programs across the full funnel, reporting directly to the CRO and translating growth strategy into measurable demand outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own the design and execution of demand generation programs that deliver marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline aligned to revenue targets and ICP priorities
Lead integrated campaigns across email, web, content, ABM, events, and paid channels (vendor-managed), ensuring coordinated execution and clear performance measurement
Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel (Inquiry → MQL → SQL), identifying friction points and testing improvements to increase velocity and efficiency
Partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps to ensure strong lead routing, SLA adherence, clean attribution, and shared accountability for pipeline outcomes
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences that connect demand activity to pipeline health, forecast confidence, and GTM efficiency
Lead ongoing experimentation through A/B testing, messaging iteration, channel optimization, and campaign retrospectives
Support account-based and event-driven programs to drive meeting creation, account engagement, and post-event pipeline acceleration
Qualification
Required
B2B SaaS demand generation experience in a growth-stage environment
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact
Strong command of demand channels including email, lifecycle campaigns, ABM, content syndication, paid media oversight, and events
Metrics-driven mindset with experience tying campaigns to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline $, and conversion efficiency
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (lead scoring, routing, attribution, dashboarding)
Preferred
Experience in regulated, public-sector-adjacent, or complex B2B markets is a plus
Builder mentality—energized by creating structure, launching programs, and improving systems
