Responsibilities
Manage a team of GTM launch readiness leads that drive the downstream NPI launch process
Ensure high-quality launches that align with GTM practice strategy and have minimal risks upon launch for our field teams
Coordinate with key collaborative partners involved in the NPI process including product managers, BPR, GCBP teams, etc. involved in the NPI process
Lead continuous process improvement within the NPI transformation project
Advise practice directors on product launches and associated information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program or project management at an enterprise organization
5 years of experience in people management
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launches in a Go-to-Market function
Preferred
8 years of experience in NPI and enterprise Go-to-Market motions
Experience leading transformational projects at enterprise organizations
Understanding of Google Cloud products or other cloud providers
Ability to influence and manage expectations with Director and VP-level stakeholders
