Responsibilities
Define dialog and prompt standards for conversational AI
Establish routing and escalation logic across channels
Create guidelines for when to use DialogGPT vs NLP or rules-based flows
Drive conversion from legacy IVR and chat systems to AI-driven conversations
Partner with UX, engineering, and platform teams to deliver consistent experiences
Use analytics to optimize containment, deflection, and customer satisfaction
Define the Agent Experience vision within Service Reimagined
Shape features like real-time assist, summaries, and guidance
Align automated experiences with agent workflows for operational efficiency
Prioritize backlog and sequence delivery based on readiness and dependencies
Measure impact on productivity, handle time, and quality
Provide deep expertise in Retirement and Asset Management domains
Identify high-value service journeys and map end-to-end processes
Advise on automation opportunities for maximum business impact
Design domain-aligned conversational flows ensuring compliance and clarity
Support roadmap decisions with business and risk context
Conversational architecture and routing standards
DialogGPT prompt guidelines and rollout roadmap
IVR and legacy bot conversion plans
Agent Experience roadmap and workflow designs
Priority journey inventory and automation opportunity assessments
Success metrics: containment, deflection, customer satisfaction, productivity
Qualification
Required
Experience in Conversational AI platforms (Kore.ai preferred)
Strong understanding of NLP, dialog design, and automation strategies
Excellent collaboration skills with business, UX, engineering, and operations teams
Analytical mindset with ability to define and track success metrics
Preferred
Familiarity with retirement and asset management domains
