Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume restaurant and corporate roles across our portfolio
Work closely with Operations and leadership to understand and achieve staffing needs
Source, interview, and assess candidates with a strong emphasis on hospitality culture and brand fit
Craft compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect our company voice and values
Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to attract diverse talent
Maintain our internal talent systems and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from start to finish
Help us evolve our employer brand and recruitment strategy as we grow
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
2+ years in the restaurant or hospitality industry (required)
Proven ability to recruit for both hourly and management-level roles
Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
