Responsibilities
Complete service requests on complex commercial accounts including advanced certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewal reviews
Maintain a high level of knowledge of Farm Bureau commercial products to be a trusted resource on coverage and risk evaluation for agency and home office staff. Stay current on product changes
Maintain knowledge of Farm Bureau systems and procedures as they relate to job functions. Identify, recommend, and enact procedural changes to improve job efficiency and effectiveness. Look for ways to streamline and facilitate policy handling
Support agents and field staff as they learn to use Farm Bureau Insurance and FB Partner Group products and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years insurance related experience required
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
Designations in AINS or CIC required, or actively being pursued
Must be willing to pursue self-development training
P/C License required
Preferred
Associate degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, business administration, management, insurance, or finance
One year of professional office experience is preferred
