Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to project leadership
Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities
Proven track record managing projects $500M+ in value
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (project-based assignments)
Deep understanding of scheduling, logistics, and quality control for complex builds
