Responsibilities

Execute program strategies for multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives, accelerating execution, and improving product quality through technical and programmatic solutions
Develop and optimize SQL queries (CTEs, joins, aggregations, window functions) to collect, transform, and analyze product data
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Unidash, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker to support real-time decision-making
Utilize AI tools and agents to automate workflows, accelerate data analysis, and prototype solutions
Identify program risks using data insights, create mitigation plans, and communicate updates across cross-functional teams
Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence through strong project management and technical rigor

Required

5+ years of experience in technical product operations, consulting, strategy, or program management
Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data transformations
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows and prompting AI tools
Expert-level skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, automation)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to changing technical requirements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to leverage data for problem-solving
Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or AI-assisted code generation
Experience creating dashboards and visualizations (Unidash, Tableau, Looker)
Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts
Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows
Experience developing and implementing test strategies (manual and automated)
