The Field Service Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose ATM issues, perform hardware repairs, and travel to client locations in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities
Travel to client locations to troubleshoot and diagnose Automated Teller Machine (ATM) issues in the Greater Philadelphia area including Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties
Travel to the Moorestown, NJ location as needed (approximately once every 2 - 3 weeks)
Perform hardware repair and maintenance on ATM's in the Greater Philadelphia area
Using company issued equipment/tools to fix problems such as worn card readers and malfunctioning cash dispensing systems
Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma
Preferred
Mechanical repair experience
Experience with major ATM manufactures: NCR, Diebold, Hyosung
