Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of field service professionals, setting clear operational objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Oversee complex installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment while identifying new service growth opportunities
Coordinate and manage technical projects, from commissioning to implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment optimization
Provide advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex start-up challenges
Foster knowledge transfer within the service field domain and develop team capabilities
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in field service engineering, with expertise in commissioning, installation, and testing of technical equipment
Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising technical teams
Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions for complex technical challenges
Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to identify and secure business opportunities
Deep technical knowledge combined with outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
