Learning Solutions Consultant
Wisewire is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant who will play a critical, client-facing role at the company. The consultant will focus on understanding client challenges, translating needs into solution concepts, and supporting business development efforts to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead and support discovery conversations to understand client pain points, goals, constraints, and success metrics
Translate client needs into high-level learning and EdTech solution concepts grounded in learning engineering principles
Identify patterns and opportunities across client conversations to inform solution strategy
Partner with Business Development and leadership to support team efforts, including discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations
Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and solution narratives
Help articulate Wisewire’s value proposition in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders
Work closely with Learning Engineers, Program Leads, and Project Leads to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client needs
Support smooth handoffs from pre-sales to delivery by clearly documenting solution intent and assumptions
Serve as a bridge between client expectations and internal execution teams
Stay informed on trends in EdTech, workforce development, and learning design
Bring ideas, frameworks, and insights back to the team to strengthen Wisewire’s solution offerings
Contribute to the evolution of Wisewire’s discovery and solutioning processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in EdTech
5+ years of experience with learning design principles
Strong ability to listen, synthesize information, and translate needs into solutions
Experience supporting or partnering with sales teams in a consultative capacity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfort working in ambiguity and thinking on your feet during live client conversations
Preferred
Background in consultative sales, solutions consulting, or customer success
Experience with custom learning solutions (higher ed, workforce, corporate training, or credentialing)
Familiarity with LMSs, learning platforms, or EdTech ecosystems (not required to be technical)
Experience working with higher education, workforce boards, employers, or public sector clients
