Outside Sales Representative B2B
Holland Roofing is a Top 10 National Commercial Contractor based out of Kentucky, and they are seeking a career-oriented Outside Sales Representative to sell commercial roofing systems and repair services. The role involves implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and generating new business opportunities throughout Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Company’s sales
Demonstrated influencing and selling skills
Strong follow up and relationship building ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous commercial roofing experience in the field is highly desirable
General computer knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
Ability to communicate professionally in writing, including proper email etiquette when interacting with clients and internal teams
Efficiently utilize the company CRM system as a tool to manage leads, track client interactions, and build a sustainable book of business
Proactively generate new business opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts to identify and engage potential clients
Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills
Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget
Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects
Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs
Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary
Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required
Limited travel may be required
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

Commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years)
