Responsibilities

An introduction to company practices, procedures and technical tools, technical training classes, participating in technical networks, and on-the-job training
New hire engineers learn from internal and external experts and collaborate with more experienced engineers within your business
Phillips 66 engineers may begin their careers by contributing in these key areas: business or economic analysis, control systems, environmental, equipment reliability, maintenance and/or operations

Required

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Currently enrolled in/recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field of study
Graduation date between May 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to maintain face daily so that a respirator/face mask can seal properly (some examples include being free of facial hair or clean shaven)

Preferred

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous internship with Phillips 66
Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry
Willing to work in any of our operating locations
Valid driver's license
