Greet candidates as they arrive onsite and provide a warm, professional welcome

Serve as the onsite point of contact for candidates throughout their visit

Coordinate closely with recruiters, interviewers, and office teams to ensure interviews stay on schedule

Maintain interview spaces (conference rooms, candidate waiting areas) so they are clean, prepared, and welcoming

Represent Illumio with confidence, professionalism, and warmth

Handle last-minute changes or candidate needs calmly and professionally
