You’ll be hands-on working across the backend and their AI Infrastructure
You’ll help design and ship AI-powered features at scale, from multi-agent frameworks to retrieval pipelines and model fine-tuning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with Python
Hands-on experience building AI products in production (RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning, evals a plus)
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Someone who has studied at a Russell Group or Ivy League equivalent
