Responsibilities

Building detailed financial models and valuations
Conducting industry and company research
Preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations
Supporting client engagements, due diligence, and execution
Collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes
Mentoring and training new analysts and interns

Required

Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Strong presentation and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take initiative
Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Comfort preparing and delivering client-facing materials
