Coordinate with delivery teams, project managers, and finance for billing inputs
Track billable hours, milestones, and change requests impacting invoicing
Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and client queries in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and managing billing operations within the ISU model
Strong coordination skills with delivery, finance, and client stakeholders
Ability to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing
Experience with end-to-end ISU billing processes, including invoice preparation, review, and submission
Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and rate cards
Ability to track billable hours, milestones, and change requests impacting invoicing
Skills to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and client queries in a timely manner
