Responsibilities
Build Meaningful Connections: Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapport
Explore Client Needs: Ask questions and actively listen to understand each business’s priorities
Highlight Cost-Saving Solutions: Share information about our services to show how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiency
Quote Coordination: Partner with our National Sales Managers (NSM), who handle quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalization
Documentation & Support: Use available platforms/tools to note interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity. While this is a remote position, the team will always be there to support you 24/7
Qualification
Required
No previous experience in our industry is required

Confidence: Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships. Presents services and ideas with assurance while remaining approachable and consultative

Benefits
25% commissions with ongoing 25% monthly residual income tied to all active accounts.
A $375 weekly draw is available and may be used while getting started or on an ongoing basis
Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
$100 per quote generated during your first 30 days. Bonuses are paid weekly.
Access to pre-scheduled appointments (average 10–15 per week).
