The Onboarding Specialist Intern in the Customer Success Department supports candidate integration through various tasks, ensuring quality standards while gaining practical experience in recruitment operations.

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end onboarding of interested candidates and convert them into usable supply
Guide candidates through profile creation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Collect, verify, and validate all required documentation in accordance with compliance and internal standards
Perform category tagging based on candidate skills, experience, and role suitability
Ensure clarity on candidate availability, work preferences, and service locations
Maintain a defined minimum quality bar for all onboarded profiles
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed graduation or post-graduation in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Available at least 3 hours per day (5 Days a Week) for a tenure of 90 Days
