Required

Experience in retail management, team leadership, and fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficient in analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and execute strategies

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines with high attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is highly preferred

College degree in a related field is a plus
