Responsibilities

Build and deepen a high quality professional network across Finance & Accounting at the executive level
Develop trusted, long term relationships with clients and senior candidates
Run searches end to end: discovery, strategy, execution, close
Identify and create opportunities through proactive outreach and market intelligence
Collaborate with senior peers to co broker placements and share insight
Operate like a business owner inside the firm, with real autonomy and accountability

Required
