The role involves managing all aspects of hotel maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as ensuring a Preventative Maintenance Program is in place.

Responsibilities

Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment

Diagnose problems or repair machines

Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment

Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded

Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms)
