Lead a re-segmentation, high-complexity restructuring initiative over Oracle R12 financials
Partners with Finance leadership to ensure stable financial visibility and allocation logic across business segments
Key components over project accounting, mass allocations, and system/process stabilization for month-end close
Design and implement Oracle Financials and segments
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree, required
Oracle EBS R12 Financials required – Senior Techno-Functional leader with deep architecture and business process understanding
Direct hands-on experience with designing and implementing balancing segments in Oracle
Strong project accounting experience in segmented models
Experience in high-pressure, ambiguous enterprise environments
Strong with working independently across technical and functional boundaries
