Responsibilities
Deliver complex features aligned with the team through thin-slice implementations
Improve operational efficiency by optimizing performance, scalability, and cost while addressing technical debt and security vulnerabilities
Lead technical discussions, provide code review feedback, and foster team collaboration
Create automation to reduce maintenance costs and maintain engineering best practices
Share knowledge through documentation and cross-team engagement
Hold team accountable to norms and communicate openly with constructive feedback
Qualification
Required
2-5 minimum years of experience
TypeScript, Python, Node, Angular, React, Git
AWS infrastructure (CloudFormation, Lambda, SQS, ECS, ECR, EventBridge, IAM, S3)
Docker and Kubernetes containerization
Database management with PostgreSQL, Redshift, RDS, AuroraDB
Cloud platforms, GitHub, FaaS, DBaaS
Product understanding with connection to user needs
Agile/Scrum/Kanban expertise
Task prioritization and commitment delivery
Mentorship capabilities
Technical decision-making confidence
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to changing requirements
