Responsibilities

Serve as the Business Affairs lead for consumer-facing marketing and communications within CCB
Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure campaigns meet regulatory, ADA, FTC, and consumer-protection standards
Own and evolve consumer-facing guidelines to protect the firm and enable scalable, compliant execution
Oversee clearance and review processes, proactively identifying and resolving risks or roadblocks to maintain campaign timelines
Review campaigns in real time to ensure compliant, on-brand messaging that supports business growth
Act as a brand steward, liaising on brand guidelines and coaching teams to ensure consistency across channels
Partner cross-functionally to set policies related to licensing, releases, archiving, and record retention
Drive the development and distribution of job aids, playbooks, and process documentation to improve efficiency and process integrity
Coach and empower team members to apply standards independently, reducing bottlenecks while maintaining high standards

Required

Senior-level experience in Business Affairs, legal operations, compliance, or marketing governance within a highly regulated industry
Strong working knowledge of ADA, FTC, and consumer-facing regulatory requirements
Experience supporting large-scale marketing or communications campaigns in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to partner effectively with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Brand teams
Strong judgment with the ability to balance risk mitigation and business velocity
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and enabling teams
