Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market penetration goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize sales opportunities

Monitor and analyze channel sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results

Provide comprehensive training, support, and resources to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives

Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and access new customer segments

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific marketing programs and promotional activities

Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements

Develop and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management

Address and resolve escalated issues or conflicts with channel partners efficiently and effectively

Travel as required for partner meetings, industry events, and conference
