Log customer interactions and account updates accurately within the CRM system
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional manner and troubleshoot issues as needed
Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
Allocate inventory in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications
Act as a product and industry expert to best support and serve customers
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a corporate customer service environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
