Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party and internal systems
Build and manage EIBs, custom APIs, and integration frameworks
Oversee integration lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Ensure integrations comply with security, data privacy, GDPR, and SOX controls
Configure and enhance Workday modules (HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time)
Build and optimize advanced reporting using: Report Writer, RaaS, Discovery Boards
Workday Analytics, Prism, Worksheets, Dashboards
Support and lead Workday releases, regression testing, and integration impact analysis
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business needs
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration designs
Act as escalation point for complex integration and data flow issues
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user enablement

Required

5–10 years of hands-on Workday experience
Strong technical depth in Workday HCM
Proven experience developing and supporting Workday integrations
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) – inbound & outbound
Workday APIs / Web Services (REST & SOAP)
Core Connectors (where applicable)
File-based integrations (SFTP, scheduling, monitoring, error handling)
Experience with integration troubleshooting, performance tuning, and error resolution
Strong exposure to 2+ Workday functional areas, such as: HCM / Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Talent / Performance, Time Tracking / Absence
