Technical Product Operations Specialist

JeffreyM Consulting is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to support complex, data-driven initiatives across multiple products and platforms. This role involves partnering closely with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable improvements through automation and structured execution.

Responsibilities

Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives (0→1), accelerating delivery, and improving execution quality
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and support real-time operational decisions
Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype operational solutions
Proactively identify execution risks, develop data-backed mitigation plans , and communicate tradeoffs and updates clearly to stakeholders
Drive general program management activities, including dependency tracking, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on technical rigor and accountability

Required

8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, consulting, strategy, or technical operations
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, transformations)
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools or agents to accelerate analysis or automate workflows
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, automation)
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of using data to anticipate and resolve execution challenges
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Preferred

Previous experience at a large tech company, such as Amazon, Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc
Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
Exposure to low-code / no-code tools or AI-assisted prototyping
Dashboarding or BI experience (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar tools)
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure
Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical requirements
Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows
