Responsibilities
Update and maintain the CRM system (e.g., DealCloud) to capture meeting notes, client activity, and relationship data
Coordinate and design firm-wide updates and client communications
Manage inbound investor inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality responses
Track progress and priorities using internal reporting tools
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of materials for the firm’s website and social media channels
Refresh investor presentations and populate third-party databases with updated performance metrics
Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s strategies and fund offerings to assist with investor communications
Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
1–2 years of relevant work experience, ideally within asset management or financial services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting across teams and functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability, with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
