Responsibilities
New Hire Setup : Create Active Directory accounts, deploy computers using MS Intune, and configure software/applications including MS Teams
End of Employment Procedures : Disable accounts, convert O365 mailboxes, reclaim assets, and reimage devices
General IT Support : Collaborate with IT teams, ensure security compliance, and stay current on IT technologies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Active Directory, MS Intune, and Windows 10/11
3+ years in IT support with expertise in imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
High school diploma required
Preferred
Associate degree or relevant certifications (A+, ITIL, MCP) preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick troubleshooting and issue resolution
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
