Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality
Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components
Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications
Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs
Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability

Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)
Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
Strong proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven experience in leading support or development teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge on S3
Web server management
SSL Rotation
Prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now, JIRA
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
