Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions in the technology sector
Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and industry research
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
Collaborate closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes end-to-end

Required

GPA of 3.5 or higher
