Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and managers to design high-impact presentations for events and ongoing needs
Participate in technical briefings and learning sessions to understand subject matter and ensure accuracy
Create visually appealing, brand-aligned slides that communicate complex ideas clearly for diverse audiences
Provide ongoing PowerPoint support for special projects and high-volume demands under tight timelines
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to craft technical or scientific presentations with clarity and visual appeal
Strong skill in distilling complex ideas for different audience levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and turn presentations around quickly
Preferred
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
Prior exposure to scientific, engineering, or technical communication is a plus
