Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to collect and load operational and financial data into Pereview
Configure client Pereview sites for investment structures, dashboards, and formatted reports
Collaborate with internal team members on various configuration requirements
Utilize project management software to keep track of tasks and timelines
Investigate, modify, and prepare excel workbooks from simple to complex
Independently perform data validation, reconciliations and troubleshoot errors
Document configuration and customization choices with concise notes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data-driven, analytical, or client-facing implementation roles
Strong commercial real estate industry knowledge, including acquisitions, asset/fund management, investment structures, and underwriting concepts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data reconciliation, and complex workbook analysis
Experience working with accounting or ERP/property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Timberline, SAP, PeopleSoft)
Strong understanding of financial statements and investment reporting
Proven ability to lead client conversations, guide decision-making, and manage expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Computer Science
Prior experience implementing real estate, accounting, or investment management software
Experience mentoring junior team members or acting as a functional lead on projects
