The Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, collaborating with regional leadership to build a best-in-class approach to human capital management.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, managing applicant pool, leading screening, interviews, and managing the hiring process
Ability to source, interview and hire high volume of candidates
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure achievement of hiring and staffing goals
Develop job postings to ensure high visibility with strong pool of potential candidates
Schedule interviews and update calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
Use traditional and non-traditional resources such as job boards, online job fairs, industry business sites, business network sites, both social and industry-associated media, and direct sourcing to identify and attract quality candidates
Acts as liaison with candidate and hiring manager, making recommendations to both at each step of the interviewing process
Attend local interviews if requested and appropriate. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
Build and maintain a list of competitors in each job market
Maintain a database of potential candidates by managing all candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS): document any phone calls, e-mails, or other correspondence diligently and accurately
Solicits referrals from previously placed candidates
Build a robust backlog of potential candidates for hiring in high volume positions
Manages application/resume files
Work with Human Resources to implement retention strategies
Manage and implement effective onboarding and integration processes; check-in after first week, first month, and 3 months after hire, to ensure successful integration into role and business
Must always maintain high level of confidentiality

Required

Knowledge of valve automation, flow measurement, instrumentation & controls is required
Proven ability to generate leads
Strong experience with Excel, Word and HRIS/Recruiting software

Preferred

5+ years of Industrial Recruiting experience is desired
3+ years of Oil and Gas recruitment experience is desired
Having existing network of candidates in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Rockies, San Juan and Delaware Basins
ATS experience required; isolved, formerly ApplicantPro, preferred
English/Spanish Bilingual a plus
