Responsibilities

Leads a small team in supporting and servicing the day-to-day activities
Executes well-defined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review
Foster a welcoming, vibrant, and professional environment for Irontek members, Ironworks tenants, and community partners
Coordinate with Hendricks Property Management, the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce, and local business partners to create a cohesive entrepreneurial ecosystem
Organize and host regular events and workshops for both members and non-members that support collaboration, networking, and skill-sharing
Build a strong presence in the Greater Beloit and Stateline region by becoming a trusted community resource, influencer, and ambassador for Irontek’s mission
Effectively market and promote Ironworks/Irontek’s service offerings utilizing a variety of media outlets
Lead with a service mindset, ensuring positive daily interactions and personalized support that build loyalty and retention
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports that outline progress of the space and community
Act effectively across defined areas of responsibility to produce results that align with stated goals and objectives
Own the full membership sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring high occupancy across all membership types
Execute lead acquisition campaigns in partnership with marketing; track leads and sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Act independently to identify and pursue leasing and business development opportunities, including outreach to startups, remote workers, and corporate teams
Promote Irontek’s service offerings through media, digital outreach, strategic partnerships, and event sponsorships
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on occupancy, sales funnel health, churn, and revenue goals
Execute well-defined tasks while maintaining flexibility to resolve complex issues and customer needs independently
Act across a range of responsibilities with minimal oversight to deliver results aligned with Irontek’s goals
Deliver high-quality operational standards that reflect Irontek’s brand, values, and professional image
Provide insights and support in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including OKRs and quarterly review metrics

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and pipeline management with a consistent track record of converting leads into members or customers
Demonstrated success in community engagement, customer service, or operations, particularly within a membership-based or subscription-driven business model
Background in coworking, hospitality, project management, or similar service-focused industries is highly desirable
Experience supervising small teams and achieving team-based outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track conversion metrics, and execute outreach campaigns
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both individual members and business stakeholders
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and execute effectively under pressure
U.S. Work Authorization (required)

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, or a startup ecosystem
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics dashboards, or marketing automation platforms
