Own and execute the full marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
Lead, manage, and develop a marketing team

Campaign ROI
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including:
Paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
SEO & website funnel optimization
Email & SMS campaigns
Social media strategy
Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels
Optimize onboarding messaging and customer experience
Drive retention, upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns
Oversee website copy, landing pages, and funnels
Manage blogs, resources, and educational content
Own storytelling, value proposition, and messaging clarity
Guide social content strategy and printed materials
Ensure reputation management and customer trust
Monitor customer behavior trends and feedback
Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
Identify and implement new tools and technologies

Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on marketing experience with proven, measurable results
Demonstrated success marketing real products or services
Experience managing a marketing team and external vendors/agencies
Strong background in performance marketing and funnel optimization
Deep understanding of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI
Highly analytical with strong reporting and attribution skills
Comfortable owning results from strategy through execution
