Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and promote a safe operating environment
Design and improve manufacturing methods, process flow, and production standards for optimal efficiency
Maintain up-to-date assessments of production line capabilities and constraints
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (Lean initiatives)
Develop plant layouts, SOPs, and training programs to support operational excellence
Provide technical support for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement
Mentor engineers and technicians, supporting professional development and best practices
Drive “Fit for Tomorrow” projects to enhance manufacturing performance and culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
Proven experience in process or manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
